Course Materials & Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, worksheets, frameworks, downloads, and related content are the intellectual property of DC Education Group or are used with proper authorization.
Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, redistribution, recording, resale, or public distribution of course materials is prohibited without written permission from DC Education Group.
Unauthorized distribution or misuse of course materials may result in removal of course access, denial of future enrollments, institutional notification, and other actions permitted under applicable intellectual property laws.
Certificate Requirements
Certificates of completion and continuing education units are awarded only after all required course components have been successfully completed.
Course completion requirements may include activities such as module completion, quizzes, assignments, reflections, or participation requirements, depending on the course.
Ask the Network Community
Some courses include access to the Ask the Network professional community.
Participants engaging in community discussions or shared spaces are expected to maintain professional, respectful, and constructive conduct. DC Education Group reserves the right to remove access to community spaces for behavior that is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate.

Participants may also be invited to provide feedback regarding their learning experience. DC Education Group values participant feedback and may use aggregate feedback to improve future training experiences.
Privacy & Information Security
DC Education Group values participant privacy and maintains reasonable measures to protect participant records and information. Information is handled, stored, and released only as required or permitted by applicable law.

Instructor Disclosure
DC Education Group and course writers do not maintain proprietary financial interests in instruments, models, products, or materials discussed within courses unless explicitly disclosed.

Enrollment
Enrollment is intended for one participant only. Sharing usernames, passwords, login credentials, or course access with others is prohibited. Participants and institutions are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account access information and ensuring that course access is used only by the enrolled participant.
Refund Policy
Participants may request a full refund within seven (7) days of enrollment if the course has not been started.
If course access has begun or progress has been made within the course, DC Education Group reserves the right to issue only a partial refund based on the level of course access, participation, or completion.
Refund requests submitted more than seven (7) days after enrollment are generally not eligible for refund unless documented extenuating circumstances apply.

Enrollment Transfers & Employee Changes
If an enrolled employee leaves their position within three (3) months of starting the course, the enrollment may be transferred to their replacement for the same position upon request.
Unused or inactive enrollments are not transferable.
Certificate programs are designed as complete professional development pathways. Individuals should enroll in the single certificate program most aligned with their role rather than multiple overlapping certificate programs.
Invoice & Group Enrollment Terms
Institutions requesting invoice-based enrollment agree to the payment terms listed on the invoice.
Group discounts apply only to enrollments purchased together under a single invoice or transaction unless otherwise approved.
DC Education Group reserves the right to delay or suspend enrollment access for unpaid invoices.
Educational Purpose Disclaimer
Course materials and training content are provided for educational and professional development purposes only. DC Education Group does not guarantee specific institutional, employment, retention, enrollment, or student success outcomes resulting from participation in any course or program.
Participation in DC Education Group courses or certificate programs does not guarantee employment, promotion, salary increases, certification by a governmental body, or professional licensure.
Limitation of Liability
DC Education Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in courses, use of course materials, platform interruptions, or inability to access training content.
While DC Education Group makes reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted access to course materials and online platforms, temporary technical interruptions or third-party platform outages may occasionally occur.
Course Content & Platform Modifications
DC Education Group reserves the right to revise, update, modify, or discontinue course content, materials, community features, or learning activities at any time to improve the learning experience or maintain content accuracy.
DC Education Group also reserves the right to suspend or terminate course or community access for violations of these Terms & Conditions, disruptive conduct, misuse of materials, or fraudulent activity.
Courses may include links to third-party platforms, resources, or tools. DC Education Group is not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of external websites or services.
DC Education Group shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide services resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, platform disruptions, natural disasters, public emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
